1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website broadsolutiontech.com or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Broad Solution Tech provides professional software development services including, but not limited to:

  • Mobile application development (iOS & Android)
  • Web application and website development
  • AI and machine learning solutions
  • UI/UX design and digital branding
  • Cybersecurity consulting and implementation
  • Cloud architecture and DevOps services

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each specific project are defined in individual project agreements or contracts signed between BST and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution
  • Make payments as outlined in the agreed payment schedule
  • Provide necessary access, credentials, or approvals in a timely manner
  • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the timeframes agreed
  • Not use any deliverables for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full receipt of agreed payment, all custom-developed code, designs, and digital assets created exclusively for a client become the client's intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

BST retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, libraries, tools, and reusable components that existed prior to or independent of the specific project engagement.

BST reserves the right to include completed work in its portfolio unless the client expressly requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are defined in individual project contracts. Generally:

  • An initial deposit is required before development commences
  • Milestone-based payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and before final handover
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as stated in the project agreement

BST reserves the right to pause or suspend work on a project if payments become significantly overdue.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Broad Solution Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary systems or processes
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as specified in the individual project agreement. Upon termination:

  • The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
  • BST shall provide all completed deliverables in their current state upon receipt of final payment
  • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
